James Barreto / Musician / Producer / Studio Audio Engineer
Following a five-year tenure at Legendary Skylab Studios in Gainesville, Florida, in the early 2000s, he transitioned to establishing a home studio where he honed his craft for over 15 years. During this period, he served as producer, recording, and mastering engineer for over 50 artists across diverse genres. Notably, he produced 13 albums for his band, Ancient River. Recently, he was appointed as a producer for NPR.
